Get to know Helen…

“I have had a few rodeos in tech, and now I love helping others ride theirs well." Helen is a very reformed lawyer and consultant from her early career.

She has worked in tech since the web began, from the early days of mobile data in the UK at O2 to her last executive gig as founding CEO of RMIT Online, riding an enormous education tech wave through COVID-19. Helen has been in marketing and GM/MD roles in the heady scaling days of SEEK, Etsy, Envato and Lonely Planet. So she knows the rodeo circuit, the good, the bad and the ugly.

At Rampersand, while she sits on the Investment Committee, Helen is at her best when working with founders one-on-one, navigating growth and growing pains. Her pattern-spotting continues as she interviews founders on her YouTube channel, "Defying Gravity: How scale-ups and leaders overcome."
