Get to know Rod…
Rod is a dad, husband, and passionate builder – of products, teams, and home-brewed beers (with mixed results).
He spent 15+ years in enterprise tech, where he discovered my knack for translating ideas into impactful software. Witnessing the power of culture firsthand, Rod co-founded Culture Amp in 2010. As Chief Product Officer, he helped to build the world's leading Employee Experience platform, used by over 6,500 companies and millions of employees.
Rod has been a Venture Partner at Rampersand (since Aug 24), working with Australia's most promising startups. He aims to empower founders and product leaders to navigate the exciting, challenging journey of building and scaling. Rod is passionate about fostering a community of learning and growth, which he gets to do hands-on by chairing the Rampersand Product Counsel.
