Get to know Scott…
Scott was exposed to the world of startups from the earliest possible moment. His parents started their own businesses before he was born, so he is lucky to have been surrounded by entrepreneurial mindsets his whole life.
At university, Scott studied finance and computer science and ran a student society encouraging students to start social enterprises. This was where Scott’s love of startups was galvanised. From there he worked at Macquarie Bank to attain practical experience in finance and understand how one of Australia's best companies works.
Scott has continuously explored startups through ventures in micro-influencer marketing, commercialising government data, and bringing AI image generation to the blockchain. He started at Rampersand at the end of 2023 with the view that Australia's venture ecosystem is on the precipice of something great.

Communicating Your Vision - Translating complex data insights into compelling narratives. Helping others to convey the analysis and potential growth of investment opportunities effectively.
