Omics promised to rewrite medicine, but the science kept running through scattered files, static plots and one-off scripts — context lost, analyses hard to reproduce, every experiment starting too close to zero. Mass Dynamics took the pipeline a leading proteomics team used internally and turned it into a product any lab could run.
The four co-founders – Paula Burton (CEO), Aaron Triantafyllidis (Tech Product Lead), A/Prof Andrew Webb (Chief Scientist) and Dr Giuseppe Infusini (Proteomics Informatics Lead) – had published into top journals before they pitched us. We backed a deep-tech team that had earned the right to sell to the buyer — and that team is now building the agent-ready AI platform for all of omics, where discoveries compound instead of disappearing into folders.
Today the platform powers scientists at Johnson & Johnson, Nurix, Bruker and PTC, alongside leading research institutions worldwide.
Rampersand joined Mass Dynamics' seed for its cloud proteomics / mass-spec analytics platform.
The data platform becomes an agent-ready AI platform spanning all of omics — connected, reproducible and dynamic, built for a world where scientists and agents work side by side. Live on real data at ASMS 2026 in San Diego.
Andrew partners with the team on commercial traction with global pharma and research-institution customers.
